We are able to deliver to the majority of the UK including Northern Ireland, although some locations may incur additional delivery charges (see below).
Delivery Charges
Generally orders over £300.00 are delivered free of charge, whilst orders under £300 do incur a small delivery charge of £7.50. However, on some addresses in the Scottish Highlands & offshore we do have to make a nominal delivery charge based on the order value - these charges are outlined below and also in the checkout section before you place your order.

Delivery Lead Times
Stoves, Fires & Fireplaces : We expect to deliver within 14 working days from receipt of your order, although some models may take up to 28 days. We now hold a large quantity of stock enable even quicker delivery on a number of models. In most cases delivery will be made by a national pallet delivery company.
Flue & Chimney Products : We expect to deliver within 7 working days from receipt of your order. Delivery will be made by Parcelforce.
Accessories & Care Products : We expect to deliver within 7 working days from receipt of your order. Delivery will be made by Parcelforce.
Please note these times are only a guide and may very slightly depending on the time of the year. If you would like to confirm availability on any product or check progress on an existing order, please contact us.
Delivery Access
Customers ordering Stoves or Fireplaces should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14' 3". It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has access to their property. The vehicle will be equiped with a tail-lift to unload your order and a pallet truck to take your order to your property. Delivery will be made to your door proving it is at street level - our couriers are not insured to take stoves into your property. Placement of your products is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Deliveries of stoves over gravelled or uneven drives are not possible, therefore please arrange an alternative delivery location. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.
Delivery Day
Delivery will be made between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customers ordering stoves or fireplaces will be contacted by our nominated courier company to arrange a convenient delivery day. Once confirmed, please ensure someone is at the delivery address on the nominated day to inspect and sign for the goods. If our courier is unable to obtain a signature you order will not be left and you may incur and additional charge to redeliver your order.
