And once it’s in, the Kestrel is easy to clean and maintain. This cost-efficient stove belts out 4kW (max), burning logs or other approved solid fuel. It’s cleaner, too - not just for the environment. A hot airwash keeps the glass clear, and a cool-touch handle lets you riddle the grate swiftly. Thought traditional stoves were difficult and smoky? Think again. Pile the low-emission Kestrel with logs and bask in the firelight. Better than weeknight telly any day. The Hunter Kestrel stove has a number of options and optional extras : * CE tested and approved at 4.6kW output with a maximum of 5kW * Average area heated 50 cubic metres * Hunter Airwash System * Cleanburn system * Multifuel grate for burning wood and smokeless fuel * Dust free, safe and easy riddling * Safe and efficient for overnight burning * Top or rear flue outlet PLEASE NOTE : The flue collar provided by Hunter is now a plain collar rather than the decorative collar as shown in many of the product images. NB: Flue pipe is not provided by the manufacturer with most stoves. Exceptions to this are balanced flue gas stoves, which include a standard pipe and termination and flueless gas stoves which do not require flue pipe.
